Sometimes we land in a digital space because we are looking for a shift. Whether you stumbled here through an essay on eco-anxiety, a reflection on a book that broke open your chest, or a search for a space to breathe in a loud world, I am glad you found your way to this corner.

Therapy with Anannya

My name is Anannya. I spend my days moving between different rooms of human experience.

By training and practice, I sit with individuals as they navigate emotional weight, untangle inner complexities, and find their footing through transitions. But my curiosity doesn't stop in a consulting room. I write essays to make sense of the world, read voraciously to understand how stories act as mirrors for our hidden griefs, and step into group spaces and organizations to facilitate workshops on resilience, burnout, and collective healing.

I wear many hats, but they all share a single heartbeat: a deep belief that we heal, grow, and make sense of our lives through the stories we tell and share.

There is no single correct way to move through this website. Depending on what brought you here today, you might want to wander down a few different paths:

If you are looking to read and reflect

Head over to Paper and Perception, where I share thoughts on books that touch our deepest vulnerabilities, alongside daily essays exploring human nature, emotional habits, and the quiet climate grief of our times.

If you are curious about group spaces
and workshops

Take a look at Reflective Spaces, where I map out open-source blueprints and frameworks on how we address burnout, psychological safety, and collective resilience within teams, campuses, and communities.

If you are looking for a 1-1 space or
a human connection

If my writing resonates with where you are right now, and you find yourself wanting to explore a therapeutic relationship or an intentional collaboration, you can read more Story so far or simply Say Hello.

We live in a culture that constantly urges us to rush, fix, and perform. This space is designed to be the exact opposite, a quiet pause where we can slow down, look closely at our inner worlds, and remember that we do not have to navigate the heavy chapters alone.
